Shipments

SHIPPING COSTS

- Couriers are not required to call the recipient. Some do, and it indicates better organization, but it is NOT mandatory.

- Providing a phone number is necessary to quickly resolve any issues with orders, shipments, and in case of failed delivery.

- For cash-on-delivery shipments, a phone number is required and NOT optional.

- Couriers cannot deliver at a requested time; they deliver based on their route. For this need, there is an optional service with different costs that must be requested in advance.

Below you will find instructions on how to check shipping costs and the procedures for best completing your cart.

- You need to fill in column 1 and indicate the delivery address, confirming whether or not it matches the billing address by checking the flag below the column (see fig. 1)

- The transport price varies by region and weight. The exact amount will be calculated in real-time and proposed during the purchase phase after indicating the destination data for the order in column 2 (see fig.2)

- The estimated shipping date for the goods will be immediately indicated and confirmed via email as soon as the order is processed. It is possible to change the shipping date by clicking on the calendar icon according to your needs (see Fig.3)

- Once the shipment is viewed, you can select the payment methods offered in column 4. (see Fig. 4)

- You can use a COUPON code by entering it in the appropriate space (see Fig.5) to take advantage of various offers that we share via email or newsletter, such as free shipping (above a certain amount, discount on merchandise, etc.)

- You can remove a product from the cart by clicking on the trash can icon to the left of the product item (see Fig. 6)

- You can change the quantity of the product in the cart using the + and - indicated between the quantity number on the product line (see Fig.7). This change may alter the transport cost by increasing the number of products if it falls outside the already indicated price range.

- You can leave a comment or a note about the shipment in the appropriate box below the cart (See Fig.8). Notes such as: "Please call me by phone before delivery" will NOT be considered unless agreed UPON BEFORE order completion. For this, you must add the product "CALL BEFORE DELIVERY" (extra service cost €3) to your cart, which you can find by typing it into the search box.
