Pursuant to and for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter "GDPR", concerning the protection of personal data of natural and legal persons, as well as the free movement of such data and with reference to the personal data provided should you wish to register during the ordering phase on the website www.my4garden.com instead of using the "Guest" mode which does not allow for any storage of data beyond temporary/administrative order data.

No data derived from web services is communicated or disseminated.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS REQUIRED (ART. 23 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003)
The management of the data voluntarily provided by you, relating to:
– registration on the website www.my4garden.com to receive newsletters, information, regulatory updates, event notifications, promotional communications for similar services, and to be contacted by Import Irrigation Systems srl, via mailing lists, phone, fax, postal mail;
- and/or registration on the website www.my4garden.com for enrollment in training courses and for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the training courses themselves, promotional communications for similar services, and to be contacted by Import Irrigation Systems srl, via mailing lists;
- requests for information concerning the services of Import Irrigation Systems srl;
- acquisition of information preparatory to the conclusion of a contract, provision of services, and commercial offers;

PROCESSING METHODS – STORAGE
The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specifically appointed for this purpose from the updated list (if requested) of subjects who, in some cases, may come into contact with the data controller, such as administrative staff, commercial staff, hosting providers, IT companies, and communication agencies, appointed if necessary by the data controller in compliance with the provisions. Data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed. Data will be stored for tax purposes for 10 years at the headquarters of Import Irrigation Systems srl, as well as by the commercial accounting firm used and by the company Tenns Svetovanje di Federico Segato s.p. with headquarters in Obala, 75 - 6320, Portorose (KP) Slovenia p.i. SI8413162 as a consultant and analyst.

The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions exists:

  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions the Controller may be authorized to process Personal Data without the User's consent or another of the legal bases specified below being necessary, until the User objects ("opt-out") to such processing. This is not applicable, however, where the processing of Personal Data is governed by European legislation on the protection of Personal Data;

  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures;

  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;

  • processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;

  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party.

It is always possible to ask the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, which is the subject of processing, will not be disseminated - unless explicitly authorized through appropriate information. The data may be communicated in this sense to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- subjects who provide assistance to users;
- freelancers, firms and companies within the framework of assistance and consulting relationships;
- subjects who carry out control, auditing and certification activities performed by Import Irrigation Systems srl.

ART. 12. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

(Transparent information, communication and modalities for the exercise of the rights of the data subject)
1. The controller shall take appropriate measures to provide the data subject with all information referred to in Articles 13 and 14 and any communication under Articles 15 to 22 and 34 relating to processing in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language, in particular for any information addressed specifically to a child. The information shall be provided in writing, or by other means, including, where appropriate, by electronic means. When requested by the data subject, the information may be provided orally, provided that the identity of the data subject is proven by other means. 4.5.2016 EN Official Journal of the European Union L 119/39 2. The controller shall facilitate the exercise of data subject rights under Articles 15 to 22. In the cases referred to in Article 11(2), the controller shall not refuse to act on the request of the data subject for the purpose of exercising his or her rights under Articles 15 to 22, unless the controller demonstrates that it is not in a position to identify the data subject. 3. The controller shall provide information on action taken on a request under Articles 15 to 22 to the data subject without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay. Where the data subject makes the request by electronic form means, the information shall be provided by electronic means where possible, unless otherwise requested by the data subject. 4. Without prejudice to Article 11, where the controller has reasonable doubts concerning the identity of the natural person making the request referred to in Articles 15 to 21, the controller may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject. 7. The information to be provided to data subjects pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 may be provided in combination with standardised icons in order to give an easily visible, intelligible and clearly legible overview of the intended processing. Where the icons are presented electronically they shall be machine-readable. 8. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 92 for the purpose of determining the information to be presented by the icons and the procedures for providing standardised icons.

ART.17 RIGHT TO ERASURE (Right to be forgotten)

1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the grounds of paragraphs a), b), c), d), e), f) applies.
