Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
Information updated in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and subsequent amendments – In force from 19 June 2026
If you have purchased from My4Garden.com as a "Consumer" (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional, business, or commercial activity), you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods (actual receipt of the package). In the case of contracts relating to multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.
1. How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement. You can do this by choosing one of the following methods:
- Digital Method (Recommended): By completing the online form at the bottom of this page in just a few moments.
- Via Email / Mail: By sending an explicit communication to info@my4garden.com (or via certified email or registered mail with return receipt to the company's addresses), preferably using the standard form.
2. Condition of Goods and Responsibility
The purchased goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging, any protections, documentation, and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we strongly recommend placing it in a second protective box; in all cases, labels or adhesive tapes should not be affixed directly to the product's original packaging.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods themselves (worn, dirty, or damaged products).
The right of withdrawal is excluded, among other things, for:
- The supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
3. Shipping Costs and Return Address
In accordance with the law, the direct costs of returning the goods are entirely borne by the customer. Shipping, until certified receipt at our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the consumer. We are in no way responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
The goods must be promptly returned and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal, to the following destination address:

4. Refund Method and Times
If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction (Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
